mojiLife is an innovative social media platform that offeres a unque 3-in-1 experience allowing members to live and manage their social, professional and romantic lives all from within a single site. mojiLife gives members full control over their individual profiles and indetities allowing them to compartamentalize their experiences.

IS MOJILIFE FREE?
Yes, mojiLife is completely free. There is no charge to join mojiLife or to enable your professional or dating profiles. A premium membership level is available. Click here for details.

HOW DO I ENABLE MY MOJILIFE PROFILE?
Simply complete the registration process, enter your mobile number for account validation, and your account will be setup and ready for use.

HOW DO I ENABLE MY MOJIPRO PROFILE?
By default your mojiPro account is created upon registration. To activate your mojiPro profile simply click on the mojiPro icon in the top navigation. For mojiPro details and FAQs click here.

HOW DO I ENABLE MY MOJIDATE PROFILE?
To activate your mojiDate profile simply click on the mojiDate icon in the top navigation. You will be required to provide your dating perferences details before your dating profile is enabled. For mojiPro details and FAQs click here.

ARE MY MOJILIFE, MOJIPRO AND MOJIDATE PROFILES INDEPENDENT OF EACH OTHER?
Yes, each of your profiles are completely independent of each other including your avatars, screen names and even your friends and connections, favorites and messages within each environment are completely independent from your other profiles.

HOW TO I INVITE FRIENDS TO JOIN?
Simply click on the "Invite your friends to mojiLife" button on the mojiLife home page and enter the email addresses of friends you which to send an invitation to for them to join you on mojiLife.

HOW DO I CONNECT WITH PEOPLE ON MOJILIFE?
Located on the mojiLife home page is the Suggested Connections area where your can click the "Request" button to send a connection request to another member. Also located on each person's profile page is the "Add as Friend" button which can be clicked to send that person a connection request.

HOW ARE POSTS AND MESSAGES SECURED?
For security and privacy all posts and communications with mojiLife are secured via an encryption key. In addition, messages can be sent in private mode which requires you to enter a passcode in order to view the contents of that particular communication. Private messages include an additional encryption key, effectively doubling the privacy layers to prevent unwanted parties from ever accessing the contents of these messages. In order to the receiving party to unlock a private message, you will need to communicate the password code to them directly via alternate means.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PROFILE PHOTO AVATAR?
Your profile photo can be uploaded or changed by clicking the camera icon displayed within your mojiLife home page My Profile area. You can also upload your photo from your main profile screen by clicking the camera icon displayed in the avatar area.

Another option is to upload your profile photo via the settings menu from your account. Select the 'settings' option from the drop-down menu accessible from the top-level navigation bar (the arrow icon to the right of your avatar thumbnail). From this screen you can upload your profile photo avatar.

HOW TO I ADD A GREETING VIDEO TO MY PROFILE?
A greeting video can be uploaded to your profile via the settings menu from your account. Select the 'settings' option from the drop-down menu accessible from the top-level navigation bar (the arrow icon to the right of your avatar thumbnail). From this screen you can upload your greeting video. Once you've uploaded your desired video, click on the 'Profile Details' tab and select VIDEO from the Avatar drop-down list of options. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and press the SAVE button.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PROFILE NAME?
Select the 'settings' option from the drop-down menu accessible from the top-level navigation bar (the arrow icon to the right of your avatar thumbnail). From the main screen you can set your screen name (nick nake) if you would rather not display your full name in your profile.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PROFILE DETAILS?
Select the 'settings' option from the drop-down menu accessible from the top-level navigation bar (the arrow icon to the right of your avatar thumbnail). Click the Profile Details tab to edit your name, date of birth, gender, relationship status, education level and address. From this screen you can opt to hide your age from appearing in your profile.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
Select the 'settings' option from the drop-down menu accessible from the top-level navigation bar (the arrow icon to the right of your avatar thumbnail). Click the Change Email tab to update your email.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
Select the 'settings' option from the drop-down menu accessible from the top-level navigation bar (the arrow icon to the right of your avatar thumbnail). Click the Change Password tab to update your password.

HOW DO I CHECK INTO A LOCATION?
To check into a location from a post, simply select the pin drop icon within the post box. You can opt to allow the system to post the address or you can select a business name (Starbucks Main Street - for example) and check in. Once you have checked in to a location, your friends will be able to see your check-in activity.

HOW DO I INCLUDE A PHOTO IN A POST?
To include a photo in a post, simply click the camera icon within the post box. You will be able to upload a photo from your device or select a photo already in your moji albums.

HOW DO I INCLUDE A VIDEO IN A POST?
To include a video in a post, simply click the camera icon within the post box. You will be able to upload a video from your device or select a video already in your moji albums.

Alternately you can post a video by simply inserting the URL into the body of the post. Use this method to post a video from other services such as YouTube.

HOW DO I SET A POST TO AUTO EXPIRE?
To set an expiration date for a post, simply click the calendar icon within the post box. You can select the date and exact time you wish your post to auto delete. Once the set date and time is reached your post will no longer appear in your timeline.

HOW DO I DISABLE POST COMMENTS?
To turn off the ability for friends to reply to your posts, simply click the chat bubble icon within the post box. By dissabling this feature, no one will be able to comment on your post.

WHAT ARE SPHERES?
Spheres are an easy and convenient way for you to group your contacts into specific circles. By adding a contact to a sphere you will be able to communicate directly to that sphere group via posts. Posts submitted to a specific sphere are only visible to the members who you have added to that sphere, keeping posts private and confidential. By deafult your profile includes three standard spheres: Work, Family, and Close Friends. You can also create custom spheres, for instance for your bowling league or for your hobby groups.

HOW DO I ADD SOMEONE TO A SPHERE?
To include a contact into a particular sphere, start at your main spheres page and click into the desired sphere. Once in the sphere, click on the Manage link from the sphere menu. From the manage sphere screen, click on the avatar photo of the person you wish to include. A green check mark will display to indicate you've added that person to the sphere.

HOW DO I REMOVE SOMEONE FROM A SPHERE?
To remove someone from a sphere, start at your main spheres page and click into the desired sphere. Once in the sphere, click on the Manage link from the sphere menu. From the manage sphere screen, you will see green check marks next to the avatars of the persons already included in the sphere. Simply click on the desired person and the green check mark will be removed indicating they are no longer included in that sphere.

WHAT ARE FAVORITES?
The Favorites feature allows you to quickly and easily save your favorite person, photos, videos and posts to your favorites list. No longer do you have to scroll the entire timeline searching for a particular post. By adding an item to favorites you simply click on the Favorites link in the main navigation menu and all your favorite content will be displayed on a single screen.

HOW DO I ADD CONTENT TO MY FAVORITES LIST?
By clicking the 'add to favorites' link on any item you can easily add it to your favorites making it easy to save and retrieve the content you like most. At any time you can remove an item from your favorites list by clicking the (x) icon next to the item.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?
Select the 'settings' option from the drop-down menu accessible from the top-level navigation bar (the arrow icon to the right of your avatar thumbnail). Click the Cancel your Moji Account tab. From here you will be able to cancel your account permanently.
